With the head in your mouth, hold the Power/Level button for about 1 second.

Briefly press the Power/Level button to choose a level.

Brush your teeth in sequence
While brushing the outer surfaces of your teeth, place the EMS electrodes against the inside of your cheek only.
Recommended brushing time: 2 minutes. Divide the inside of your mouth into four areas (upper, lower, left and right) and brush each area for approximately 30 seconds.
